Why should I order Kendall Printing's Advertising Pads? "Keep Your Name On Their Desk", that is what Advertising Pads can do for you. Call them what you like... note pads, memo pads, scratch pads... everybody uses them. The best way to get more business is to create "top of mind awareness" ... Advertising Pads.

Will I see what my Advertising Pads will look like before I receive them? Yes. Our Typesetting Dept has many years of design experience. Once created we will fax, mail, or e-mail a proof to you for approval before we begin printing.

Can I include a logo or any other kind of graphic? Yes. You can e-mail an image from your files (call if you need assistance), or simply postal mail a camera-ready copy to us. If you mail copy to us, make sure it is sharp & clear (at least 600 dpi if possible), we can re-size if needed. If you e-mail a logo or graphic file, please send it in "tiff" format (or call us for other usable formats) at least 600 dpi. We may have a graphic on file that would enhance your Pads, just call 1-800-518-PADS and ask for Typesetting Dept.

Can I order more than 2000, or a different size pad? Call or e-mail us to ask for a quote on quantities, sizes, or options not listed.

Can I cancel my order? If you are not satisfied with the proof we supply for your approval, your order may be canceled and your money will be refunded promptly. All work done prior to cancellation will be charged at our regular rates.  No cancellations after proof approval.

What is Kendall Printing's Quality Guarantee? If you are unhappy with your Advertising Pads, we will redo at no charge, UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED.

What does "On Time Shipping Guaranteed" mean exactly? Scheduling is done upon your final approval of your job proofs, or upon our Typesetting Dept review and acceptance of your furnished graphic file. Only then are we able to Schedule the production facilities and time needed to complete your printing job. Please note that we can only give you an Estimated Completion/Shipping Date prior to our completion of Job Scheduling.
